All costs including traveling, accommodation or any other activities not listed above are of the entire responsibility of the participants.

Liability

* Delegates are advised to arrange adequate travel, health, and other insurance before they leave their home country. Participation is completely at the participant's own risk.
* The ICES 2010 Organizing Committee will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the Conference.
* The ICES 2010 Organizing Committee will not be responsible for other costs including (but not limited to) airline or hotel penalties.
